My team and I set out to create a tool that would aid in the University of Georgia’s advising process. The tool is powered by AI and pulls from advisor resources to quickly give advisors answers to complex questions that their students may approach them with.
In this project, I acted as the Director of Communications between the team and our client. As Director of Communications, I coordinated interviews with advisors, conducted in-depth interviews, and gathered student insight.
About Frank
While we were creating an AI tool, we wanted it to have a friendly face. This is when our team created Frank. Frank is “An Advisor’s Best Friend”. Frank makes the tool more user-friendly, welcoming advisor assistance.
